Campus Light Ministries is a fundamental Christian organization located on the campuses of WVU, WVUIT, Fairmont State University, Marshall University, and West Virginia State University. Our purpose is both to evangelize the campus with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to provide a medium in which the members and others will find incentive for spiritual growth and Christian living through Christian fellowship and teaching of the Bible at WVU.

We are not a church, but we are supported by local churches and strongly emphasize the importance of local churches in each Christian's life. Many of the WVU Campus Light students attend Faith Baptist Church in Morgantown where they participate in the College/Career Sunday School Class.

Each week we meet on campus at 7:00 p.m. for our weekly Bible study. This semester, we will be studying Genesis and the beginning of the earth from both a Biblical and scientific perspective.  Look at the schedule, the Daily Athenaeum, or our facebook group each week for exact time and location. Following most meeting are activities, such as : gym night, road rally, progressive dinner, a bonfire, bowling and many more. We finish the night with food, fun, and fellowship.

You are entering an exciting and very important time in your life. At West Virginia University, you will be making many choices besides a career. During this period in your life you will establish your own convictions concerning your walk through life. This is also the time most of you will find your life partner. Christian fellowship and accountability can help in making the right choices and to find strength to avoid the wrong choices. It is our desire that you choose Campus Light as YOUR group.
