Leadership Commitments

Presence

  • 1 year commitment

  • Campus Light Sunday Services - No more than 3 absences per semester

  • Attend Winter Retreat or Acts2 Winter Retreat

Discipleship

  • Daily Acts2 Devotion (DTs)

  • Weekly D-Group

  • Monthly Leader Night

  • Healthily grow as a follower of Jesus (relational, emotional, physical, spiritual health)

Servant Leadership

  • Hosting weekly small group (or Noblemen/New Eve as a supporting role)

  • Serving on Sundays in one of the crews: food, setup / takedown, welcome, etc.

Outreach

  • [Spring] Passion Week Outreach

  • [Summer] Serve Scarlet to White Retreat as counselors or leaders

  • [Fall] Mission Trip to Campus (Week 0 Outreach)

Pray Luke 10:2.
Then become the answer.

We believe the most effective laborers in God's harvest (Luke 10:2) are college students reaching their own campuses. At Campus Light, this looks like students at Rutgers and Princeton living on mission together. Student Leadership exists to raise up and equip these students to reach their campuses with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Requirements

  • Professing Christian

  • Written salvation testimony

  • Completed Course 101 (or will complete by the end of the current semester)

  • Recommendation from any Campus Light mentor
